Where are the Cameras in store??

I had my phone - Samsung S3 Mini, ****** out of my bag that was on my shoulder, on the 18th July, while I was in-store shopping with my daughter. I only realised when I got to the till and took my purse out of my bag and realised my zip (opening to bag) was open. The very friendly cashier dialed my number immediately using her phone and my phone was off. My phone is never off, so we realised that they had already deactivated it. I then went to MTN to block my phone and my daughter called my husband who suggested we go back and check the video footage to see if we couldn't try and catch the person, as they were probably still in the store. We went back to the store, only to be told by one of the managers that they don't have cameras in the store!! With the high crime rate in our country, I cannot believe that a huge chain store like Mr. Price does not have cameras in any of their stores in the Galleria Mall, Amanzimtoti. This has caused me such an inconvenience in my life as I had numbers on my phone saved for the past 20 years. I also used it 90% of the time for work and have now lost everything. Cameras NEED to be installed in all your stores and I will be taking this further!
