WHEN WILL ACCOUNT BE EVER UPDATED

I am so disappointed in this store its not even funny. Last month we received a snotty phone call from your collections department. Our account is new and only opened it at the end of Jan, like the other accounts we opened we assumed payment was only due March. A very rude lady contacted us after the 7th of Feb regarding the account payment. We paid the account end of Feb but short paid by R190.00, we then paid the R190.00 via your website with online banking on the 6th of March 2015. The account is now fully up to date. I sent the proof of payment on Friday and yesterday only to discover additional interest was added on the 7th of March 2015, and the account still shows in arrears. Upon pulling our credit report Mr Price rated us a bad payer????? How the hell can you rate us as bad payers if the account is paid up to date. I want the information on the credit bureau fixed and interest reversed as well as account updated by no later today or I will refer the matter to the credit ombuds. Get your act straight if this is how you treat customers I am surprised that you even have customers. Also we tried purchasing airtime but get a message that we don't have enough credit!
