When leaders fail to lead by example

On the 25/05/2018 I went to this shop to purchase a cellphone and next to me the was a guy called Godfrey who was on the floor and on call.I seek assistance from this gentlemen, the service I got from this person was not the best customer service ever, I was asked by this guy if I couldnt see he was on call and orderd me to go to a lady by the tills for assistance with a sticking attitude.As I was not happy with this I asked for his name and was advice he was the supervisor of the store.I wonder how we could expect the people who report to him to respect customer if the person who is suppose to lead is so rude to customers.
