Purchased a clothing item on the website, turns out they ran out of stock I was told they would credit my account till nothing to date. Their whatsapp line is also very useless. Queries don't get solved. Their consultants take too long to reply back to messages and are too quick to close the conversation thus needing to start over without assistance. It's been almost a week since request assistance on their whatsapp line with no feedback from the last conversation and no assistance to the new conversation. Total *******.

Ohh the contact line is worse. Waiting too long on the line to only be bounced around with no assistance.
