WhatsApp customer service the worst

The customer service on WhatsApp is hopeless had to speak to 4 Agents with no help at all (Chloe ,Swazi, Bongeka ,Nomah ) I tried to settle my account ,they gave me a settlement amount which I paid the same day then 2 days later my account accumulated interest amount on it again which I was expected to also pay before I can close my account which I did and i did immediate payment also . Now 5 Working days later I enquired again and guess what my account is still outstanding with the same amount I owed to begin with . And the agents helping you are so quick to get rid you on the Whatsapp line not even trying to help at all . I never knew it will be this hard to pay up and close an account ,will not be opening account with them MRP again .
