Whats the point of EXPRESS

<p>On 8th Aug I place an order via the app and chose the option of 'Express Checkout' - which states that it will take 2-3 working days to be delivered to my chosen store of delivery. Cost of this service is an extra R35.00 to my purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contact customer services via the online chat - to which Courtney responds that this will be delivered on Monday (16th Aug). How is this an express option?? I needed the items by Sun 14th Aug.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic!</p>
