What service?

Worst service ever! I app**** online for a new account, sent through a bunch of documents as requested, and agreed to a telephonic agreement that took an hour. There after i received a SMS to fetch my card at the nearest branch quoting Ref: abc. Went all the way there in Kollenade mall to just be told they cant pick up my application. Really poor pathetic service. They can keep their account.
