What Price? No Price...

So MRP went and updated my ITC profile to "missed payments" when I made a short payment. Note, a short payment, NOT no payment, or skipped payment. a short payment. This affected my score with 20+ points. So this lady went and SETTLED the account in full. SETTLED. Read that again. SETTLED. So I requested MRP to close my account and update my ITC profiles accordingly. I still receive emails to pay my account which was SETTLED. And my profile at all credit bureaus is still not updated accordingly. I have sent numerous emails for MRP to update my records but to no avail. BUT SURE THEY UPDATE YOUR RECORD WHEN YOU "SHORT PAY" TO MISSED PAYMENTS!!! I will never support MRP again
