What is the purpose of an ARRANGEMENT??

I have a Mr Price account and I had made an arrangement with them to pay R400 every two weeks on my outstanding account. One of the many consultants I have spoken to, assured me they accept this arrangement, as I am still paying R800 per month on my account and it will not affect my credit rating. Low and behold, they listed me. Then they have the nerve to phone me every two weeks for a payment, which is made every two weeks anyway. When I said to the last woman I spoke to, what is the purpose of an arrangement of payment, if you still listed me, after THEIR call centre person told me I would not be listed, because I am still paying, She said (please feel free to laugh here): 'Mam, you have to remind us of the arrangement every time before you pay\.
