What has happened lately????
<p>I use to LOVE shopping online with Mr Price - it was so easy and convenient. Now it is just TERRIBLE! The orders arrive late, the checkout process is a nightmare and customer service lacks to say the least. I was told 2 shipping fees would be reimbursed after WEEKS of back & forth mails and calls. Now I see only 1 has been refunded. I also queried a coupon code that the system would not accept. The problem was not resolved and now the promo is over AND two of the items I had in my basket are now out of stock :( Doubt I'll use this service again....</p>
