What feels like deception from Mr Price Mobile

<p>I wish to make a complaint against Mr Price Mobile. Sometime in June I was contacted by one of their telemarketers and I was told about a Mr Price Mobile sim card offer that would entail a R100 once-off-sim activation fee,. I was told that this deal compromised of R75 airtime and R25 free airtime once the sim card had been activated. I asked the telemarketer the to stipulate total amount and he was very careful to reassure me that the only cost to me would be the once-off-sim activation fee of R100 . However, when I went to pay my Mr Price account today I discovered that I had been deceived. A charge of R75 airtime was billed to my Mr Price account which I knew nothing about. I feel as a customer I have been **** to and cheated by Mr Price Mobile and I am so disillusioned that this seems to reflect the current climate in South Africa where nothing can be depended upon... Mr Price and particularly Mr Price Mobile must realise that it is the customers such as myself that keep their stores and staff functioning as without our support they wouldn't be able to pay the workers their salaries and the workers would have no jobs. I wish to inform Mr Price that now, because of this incident I will never in no way deal with their telemarketers again and I will warn everyone, who I know so that I can protect them against this from happening to them.</p>
