This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. What does 3- 5 working days mean? For items that were ordered 1st Jan 2021 not to be in my possession by 14 Jan 2020 is just the utmost disrespect ever. Providing a tracking number for this Fastway Couriers does not change the fact 3-5 working days has long passed. order number ***
