"WHAT do you think you are?"

Last Friday I went shopping at Mr. Price at Bhunu mall, Manzini, Swaziland. The first unpleasantness was a surly, grumpy assistant at the preteen girls' section. I took my merchandise and went to the till to pay. The queu was long, but I patiently waited for my turn. When it was turn, I gladly went to the counter, but just as I was about the reach the till, a lady cut in from nowhere and gave her clothes to the teller. I politely pointed out to her that I'm next in line, but she ignoren me. I then engaged the the teller ( He had no name tag), but he asked me where the lady came from. I said to him, "but she's right in front of you, why not ask her?". He just laughed. I then demanded to pay first since I've been queing the whole time. He said he can't know for sure who was first because he wasn't looking, and continued to attend to the lady. I got really upset and told him that I feel dispespected ( I said "ngiva ngatsi uyangicaphata"), he said he doesn't want me using that word, I then asked him what he'd call it. He then outdid himself by asking me what I think I am. "Uyini, nje wena?", he asked me. I got really upset and started to respond, but he pointedly ignored me and attended to the next customer.

I started to walk out of the shop, then I realized I didn't even get his name. I then asked the security at the door what his name was, but she refused to tell me his name b ecause, " You could've just asked him yourself", she said. So I asked for her name, and she told me she's Fikile Dlamini.

I later noticed on the till slip that the assistant's name appears; SIFISO (SIMAN).

Kindly attend to this outrageous insolence.
