What did I pay Mr Price Mobile for?

I wish to make a complaint against Mr Price Mobile. I am sick of Mr Price mobile. I was contacted by a telemarketer who then gave me misinformation about the Mr Price Mobile deal... Mr Price Mobile resolved that to their credit but when I went to use my Mr Price Mobile sim card (where there was supposed to be R100 in airtime) there was balance of zero on it. This is despite me making making no calls or sending sms's. feel totally cheated and to me this reflects the character of South Africa where we pay for taxes and services which are never fulfilled or implemented by the government. An example of this would the roads that are never fixed. I paid R100 to have this sim card activated with the R100 airtime...so what have I paid for? Not only this but then I was harassed by the Mr Price call centre for my Mr Price account balance of R131&they demand I had to pay R73 as soon as possible. I am extremely angry with Mr Price Mobile and suggest strongly that they never phone me ever with any telemarketing as I paid for nothing!
