What a mess

What a horrible experience. Waited weeks for my order and when it finally came it was short. No one called or communicated that it will be short and I’ve been coming to this store to check on the order because it was taking long. I waited at the store for about 3 hours for it to be resolved, simple solution would be to create a voucher with that same amount for items missing coz the online store didn’t have them but the store had them, so it was gona be easy for me to get the stuff. They told me they can’t do that and now I have to wait 48 hours😒 more waiting!
