Whack service at Tsakane Mall

The service at Mr Price at Tsakane mall is whack. You wait for 1 hour in a queue to pay or exchange something. After waiting at the queue for too long they will tell you that service is down, go and withdraw the money at ATM. You will find only 2 people working while others are busy running the store. I am disappointed with the service at Tsakane mall..
