Westgate Mall

I was at the Mr Price in Westgate yesterday and I received such horrible service from a cashier named lebo. My gran mother and I were paying and she was using her card to settle the bill and I stepped away to give her space to insert her pin because I know she doesn’t want anyone to know her pin. So she asked lebo what to do after inserting the card and instead of telling my gran what to do next after inserting the card she told her to ask me what to do with a very conniving and condescending attitude. I mean that is her Job. All she had to do was just press one I mean what was gonna happen if I was not there? Was she going to ask another customer to do that? Her tone was what really got to me! What was gonna happen if I also didn’t understand the machine? She needs to fix her attitude and stop feeling entitled!
