Please fix your website - I've been trying to order online since last night and it gives me an error \no available facility with credit"I have credit and it shows the amount available but it won't process the order. I enquired last night with Cohut on your online chat and she/he couldn't assist me. I ask - what is the point of having a chat facility if your consultants cannot assist. She/he told me to send an email. I order online and prefer the chat facility because I don't have time to send emails. Cohut could not even check the balance for me!!!
