Website is too secure- be aware of customer needs

I have been trying for 2 hours to get into my account<br> <br> Mr Price site is not user friendly, it requires passwords that do not suit customer needs - it is not a banking app it is shopping!<br> <br> I have now had to leave my shopping cart because I am blocked out and have spoken to 2 people who were supposed to reset my account - did not happen.<br> <br> You are losing business<br> <br> Takealot is very simple and i am able to use a simple password
