Website for online orders

It took me over 40 min to try and order shoes for my son. The website really needs to be updated and maintained. I had selected two pairs of shoes and tried to check out but could not because the link to add a new card was not working. I then went to my profile to delete the expired card but there was no option to add a new card. I then saw that my cart was empty so I had to add the shoes again. This time the second pair of shoes was not available so I chose another pair. At check out the alternative pair of shoes was suddenly not available - I should not be able to put something in my cart if it is sold out. I tried to check out again but the link to add a new card was still not working and so I had to start all over again by choosing the shoes again. I then realised that if I go to my orders the shoes that I am trying to order is there so i can click to order again. Eventually I had to do a direct EFT from my bank account as this was the only option working. This should seriously have taken 5 min at the most
