Weak zip and broken bag

I bought a backpack and only used it for 2 weeks and it broke. I didnt expect it to break so soon so I didnt keep the slip so now I cannot get a refund or an exchange. I am very disappointed at the service because now I am stuck with a brand new bag that is broken, I'm also disappointed at how weak the zip is to break so early on.
