We need to do better Mr Price Tygervalley - Asonele

Very disappointed in the customer services given by Asonele at Mr Price Tygervalley 07.01.26

I was moved from one till point to another (Asolene) to assist me with my refund which I explained to her colleague who then transferred me to her

1. She was not interested in what I had to say about the refund/exchange and totally dismissed my input of what I needed to be done on the refund/exchange.

2. She blatantly blocked me out, didnt even look at me and ignored me as if I was not there

3. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she could not care less and carried on with what she needed to do. No interaction nothing

Its clear she does not care about customer needs at all and her lack of respect was clear

We need to do better Mr Price Tygervalley.
