Wasting my valuable time and money

I purchased an item online and received two emails informing me that my item is ready for collection at Mr Price Cresta. However, when I went to collect, it was not at the store. How can you tell me to collect when the item is not ready. Once again Mr Price messes me around, my time and petrol is now wasted. This is the last time that I purchase from this store.
