want my money back

So Saturday [4th June 2022 ] i went to MR PRICE AT ROSEBANK mall, purchased stuff for R264.97 ,received an SMS saying the the R264.97 was debited from my account, the teller then said the transaction is hanging meaning the funds may be reversed to my account, she then called the manager /supervisor, that was a lady , black woman who mentioned the exact same thing and suggested that i pay again, which i did , she then said if the funds are not reversed by monday she will call me first thing monday morning, she even suggested that if i don't wanna come to the branch , money will be deposited in my account, then she took my bank details im still waiting for the call , tried to call the landline it always gives the busy tone.
