Wake up, Mr Price!!!!!!!!!

I purchased items on 01/10/2023 from Mr Price and opted for the click and collect option. The order was set to be delivered today 09/10/2023 but when I called in to find out if my order has been delivered to the store, i was told it would take longer since I'm in an "outlying area"! This is UNBELIEVABLE as this was not stated when I placed the order! it was written on the app that it would take 4-6 working days!!!!!!!!!!! Today is the last day!!!! Wake up, Mr Price!!!!!!!!!
