Waiting for a month for refund
I ordered some things online and paid for them and I received an e-mail that the order was processed but the store they will deliver to was wrong it Gauteng store and I am in Cape Town and immediately called them to notify them of that and they said they will cancel the order and refund me and that I must re-order and I did and got the re-order I have been waiting for my refund for a month now whenever I email,call and on their secure chats I get no response Can I get my refund in peace
