Waiting 6 days for my order

I placed an online order with Mr price on the 22 December made the payment the following day and it was supposed to be shipped to my local store in 2-3 days but 6 days later I'm still waiting. I've ordered before and have always chosen the option to have it delivered to my nearest store but this is just outrages. What is the point of paying a **** R35 - R40 delivery fee to have an order come in early & its still not here! I must say I'm so disappointed! Don't think I'll do online shopping with them again.
