Waiting 2 months for a refund!

I am so disappointed in Mr Price - I placed an order on 30 June - the order still says "submitted" almost 2 months later, not even shipped. The order has already been paid for. I have sent countless emails with NO response. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me but no luck! This is the worst service possible!
