Voucher supposed to be issued for late delivery and now gone back on their word!

I had an order which I paid express delivery for: Order Number ********** 35111. This order was delivered 5 full working days from date of order. The response I got from MR PRICE : Jun 16, 11:27 CAT

Please be advised that we had a delay at our warehouse which caused all orders country wide to be delayed with delivery, which we do sincerely apologize for! However our marketing team is issuing courtesy gift vouchers worth R150.00 to our customers for this which you should receive via your email. Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience Kind regards Nicole Richards THEN After no response I finally get called today and get told, that was for orders over R700.00. EXCUSE ME - you promised R150.00 voucher and crediting my account with R50.00 is NOT R150.00. I had to wait 2 months to get an answer out of MR PRICE and then you not willing to give me what YOU said you would!
