Voucher

Went to Mr Price baby and bought a voucher, when I gave it to the person to use it they said there's no money on the card voucher. Went back to ask what's happening the lady just told me that there's nothing they can do, she will email the head office and they will get back to me.. I have been waiting since💔😩
