violent staff at Mr price

I went to Mr price phalaborwa on 14th of February around 4pm to do refund. ...and I was not aware that I can't do refund on account while I'm not the account and there was no explanation from cashier and supervisor that I can't do refund they just processed the transaction and decided to keep the clothes and my husband card. ..I'm happy the way they handled their service because it was not professional. ...the lady who was assisting was very rude,BOSSY AND VIOLENT..... she throw my card to her colleague from till point to sales floor and tried to take my husband card because it was on the table ....the lady pushed the table to the wall and it pressed my finger were I got injured the way that she was very rude she also told me that I'm the cause of my injury and never apologised to me.
