very very bad service

<p>Bought stuff at mr price carletonville in pnp centre. was shirts for my dad on my account. i work in different town. shirts was tooooo big. he went to exchange, useless as they are they did not have a smaller size. lots of nothing in that shop. He went to exchange, he had shirts and slip, they refused to help, told him he had to bring my card. next day i left my card with him. he went back, they refused to help again, not his card. i tried calling them since they religiously close shop early daily and a never get there on time from work. their . i called mr price home, they said mr price says their phones are faulty. i left my nr with mr price home asking the manager, manager, lorenzo, to call me , he refused and never called me back. that shop is useless, with very arrogant staff, ive never bought from that branch before, but will definately never again. they have no respect for customers nor the elderly</p>
