Very upset & disappointed

I'm really disappointed in Mr Price centurion mall, as I bought something small online on the 22.05.2019 as it was my first time buying online, the payment went through & everything it was fine it was shipped, it was delivered to Mr Price Centurion mall on the 24.05.2019 but none of them acknowledged it so which meant I never got a sms to say my order was ready to pick, I went into the store today 26.06.2019 & they told me they can't find my order, I'm highly upset as it's a big inconvenience as the traveling cost is more then the item itself, this really sucks.
