Very unprofessional behavior of a staff member to a customer

Today me and my son visited the shop at Tambotie Mall in Randfontein. My son, as well as other customers, used the fitting rooms.

I was standing outside the rooms waiting for my son. Busi started shouting at me about my son who was using the fitting rooms.

We were not aware that it was not supposed to be used. No signs, nothing.

She was arrogant and shouting at me in front of all the customers while there were other people using the fitting rooms as well.

This is VERY unprofessional.

I please want this to be addressed and want to receive feedback on the outcome.
