Very unhappy with Mr Price online service

I am very unhappy with the service I receive from Mr Price Online!!! I have been a customer for more than 6years and this is the type of service I receive!

I ordered online received my package and my boots was full of glue in front I also ordered a sleepwear set for Men and only received the top. On my invoice is was a set as well as online but apparently it is only a top and that's my problem now. I have been calling for more than a week for the items to be collected I have also sent photos of the items as requested. Monday I phoned again and I was told that the courier people will be here on Tuesday but no one came. Today I was told o sorry collecting will take 7 to 14 working days!!!!!!! The people at the call center can be so rude and doesn't want to assist you with anything!

I will definitely not recommend Mr Price and I will close my account!
