Very unhappy customer

If i could, I would've given Mr Price a zero rating. I have opened an 6 months account most possibly a year ago. I have paid my account every month which they charge very heavy installments every month. You owe a R2000.00 they request a monthly installment of R900. 00 which are rediculously high. It is like a cash account and not a credit account. I owe Mr Price a R725. 00 now they threaten me with handing over my account to lawyers and I will incur additional cost. They charge me an additional R92.00 for arrears. What the hell is wrong with this company? They also threaten to hand me over to the credit bureau. For the fist time in my life that a company is threatening me like this and I have accounts with Makro, FNB, Jet(Great retailer), Ackermans and many more for years and never had this problem. That is the reason why there rating are so long because there customer service sucks. Do not use Mr Price they are a horrible retailer. My family and friends will close there accounts as well. Terrible and a very unhappy customer. Will never ever, ever recommended Mr Price, Use the new Jet card can shop at many shops and great value for your money. You can shop even at Shoprite on account.
