Very unhappy client of Mr Price

I purchased items on the Mr Price online store! I also paid for the EXPRESS DELIVERY!That was on the 23rd November!To this day I did not receive my order,and not even a single notification from Mr price consultant , or the tracking information of my order! I decided to email them,just to basically ask how far my order is and how long it will still take,as I was already waiting for 7 days!I also explained to them that I paid for the EXPRESS DELIVERY,and still no order! After paying for my order,I was sent a confirmation of order and a order number.I gave them the order number through emails and phone calls,wasted my money on calls,going back and forth,just for them to tell me that they cannot pick up my order number and I should send a proof of payment as proof that I paid for the items! My question to them was "how on earth can I receive a confirmation of order and an order number,if I did not pay?How is that possible? I sent through the exact proof of confirmation that I received after ordering and PAYING for the Item, which costs over R900!!! They made me feel like a ********,and as if I'm trying my luck to get an order I didn't pay for. I am never buying from Mr Price online store again,and would not recommend it to anyone!!!!
