Very rude,******** and arrogant

I've visited Mr price at Chris hani mall in vosloorus yesterday on the 09/04/2019 I've never received such a horrible service from one of yo male cashiers he talked to me like he forgot that he was serving me I was on my phone when he was ringing up my stuff the next thing I hear him saying to me bring the money (in zulu)in a very rude way I thought I didn't hear him well asked him to repeat Wht he said he said it again the same way rude again and I asked him is that the way to speak to a customer n he argued with me n told me I'm on the phone thn I asked for the manager the lady came n she stopped him from argument he was doing with me she apologised on his behalf I must say It's a first time I was treated like that I was very angry this guy need a proper customer service training n he must respect his job and customers I don't mean to bring in the race issue Bt if I was in santon or I was another race I was going to b treated differently I told him the same thing just because I'm black n in a location I don't get a proper service and the money I bring in the shop it's not different from any other race his manager called him by Siyanda Mthethwa course the receipt doesn't state their names and he didn't have a name tag I don't see my self entering that shop ever again!I rather go to other Mr prices Bt not Chris hani
