Very rude lady from MR price call center!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order *** online and I went to collect at Mr price Westgate today. I was helped very efficiently by the staff there and decided to open the order before leaving the shop to make sure everything was in there. There was one item missing even when I was made to pay for the whole order. I had login to my online profile to show the staff there that there were two items on my order. There was no slip or anything inside the package. I don't even know how I will exchange it should I decide to. We then called the online customer service on ***and i spoke to the most Rude person by the name of Norma. She plainly told me I should have read the terms and conditions before paying for the order and I would receive a voucher in the next 24 hours. I asked her why I wasnt informed and she used the same excuse of me not reading the T&Cs. She even had the decency to laugh. When asking her what she's laughing at she says I cannot tell her what she did with her mouth as she controls it and knows what she did with it. This was the last time I place an order with you guys. Given that your staff is very rude aswell. On top of that she refused to apologize for the error and said she doesn't understand what she has to apologize for. I asked I'd she doesn't work for MR price and she represents them, therefore is responsible for everything regarding them.
