Very rude and arrogant
<p>I app**** for a Mr Price card online. It wasn't declined because I pay my accounts well. My application got to verification department and it was hadled by a Nikkita. </p> <p> </p> <p>My prove of income documents were supp**** and Nikkita has a problem with the way my salary is paid. </p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly think my application is based on affordabilty and my other accounts prove I can afford my account payments. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had requested the Rude Nikkita to cancel my account because this is just not acceptable. And her constantly rude response is what I got. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Price you need to train your employees the service is Pathetic. She rudly said thank you for your time I'll decline the account. </p>
