very poor service from mr price call centre

I called mr price call centre i was on hold for 10minutes waiting for an agent to answer eventually when someone does answer she says hello once and drops the call and that is not how you treat your customers i always buy from mr price every month and this is how you treat a loyal customer all i wanted to know is about two online orders reflecting on hold. very disappointing
