Very poor service

This is not the first time trying to collect an online order from your Kollonade Retail Park store and getting shown from post to pillar. The first lady said the till next to the stock room...how am I supposed to know where is your stockroom??? The the second person send me to another counter. This after she did whatever with my email on my phone and now it's gone??? Nobody can give me a clear answer whether they can find the other via the store profile/card? The service there is up to no good. Many staff hanging around and not one who can help you...oh there is one, they guy who took my form the second counter to the third. I'm really really ticked of with this stores pathetic service.
