VERY POOR SERVICE

I am trying to do an online purchase, but it is mission impossible to link my Mr Price card via the online platform or the app. No response via the online bot whereas it is noted that the bot will reply in under 5 minutes. Clearly customer convenience is not at the heart of the Mr Price brand.
