Very Poor service

bought items online and needed to exchange a few. When I went into the shop I was met with terrible customer service. The staff were unhelpful, speaking over me and not listening at all. They were shouting loudly and very rude. I will never shop there again and will make sure to share my experience with others about the poor service.
