Very poor service!!!

I placed an order online on 28/11/22and there was a shirt for 150 (buy 1 get 1 free) ...so when i collected the order on 6/12/22 ,there was only one shirt...so i called the online customer care number i spoke to Samke Dlamini who was very sarcastic and rude...she told me i wont get the second shirt,i must just forget about it because i was supposed to choose the second shirt...so i told her online it does not specify that i must choose 2 items to get the discount,how was i supposed to know that....she carried on to say that i wont get the shirt there is nothing she can help me with. I wont even start on the condition i received some of my items...they were broken upon collection
