Very Poor Service
I've app**** for an account via WhatsApp and was advised it has been conditionally approved and that an advisor will call to complete the application in 24 hours. I got the call, she spoke for 35 seconds and disconnected the call. I've sent an email and was then sent from pillar to post - and Deenashni Maharaj has the audacity to say that my query has been resolved. What kind of service will I actually receive once the account is approved?
