Very poor service

About two months back i payed my whole account and told them i want to close the account they did not told me i must fill to close my account two months after i receive a message to say i have to pay R108, come to the store to ask why then they never closed my account,now i dont understand how it can be the costumer fault if i asked them to close the account for me so i did pay the R108 now but it was unnecessary money waste because they did not do their job and customer care also dont really care it seems that no one cares for their customers no more
