very poor customer service, by Mr Price Pavilion staff

I went to Mr Price Pavilion saw a shoe I liked, asked for a bigger size was told there is in the store room, but when Maxwell went to look he could not find the shoes. He took my number told me he will phone me the next day, this has been 6 days no call. I phoned in today to the same store spoke to a Nondumiso, she said the system also said there is 3 pairs, I asked she must have a look and phone me back 2 hours later no reply, I phone the store again asking to speak to her, Zame first tells me there is no such person, then she said Nondumiso is off today. So after speaking to her telling her the same story now for the 3rd time she also confirms there is stock 3 pairs. Finally she managed to find a person that says she is Nondumiso and askes her to speak to me, then I told there is no stock. So how is there stock on the system, nobody at this store gives cares about customer service and also they don't know their own staff's names. This is really terrible
