Very late delivery TWICE in a row

<p>I placed my order on 19 December and paid for the store express delivery within 1-3 working days. I am still waiting on my order today 28 December. This is the second time in a row I have not received my order in the stipulated time despite paying the delivery fee. I am highly dissapointed and frustrated. Can't believe this is happening for a second time but definitely the last time.</p>
