Very Dissatisfied

Hi....Am very disappointed with Mr Price at Birchacres Mall the lady by Nomzase ,she was so rude and unprofessional....Her and the other cashier (short and dark in color)I had to return(size chang)a coat I bought at Mall of Africa and because I misplaced my slip , they decided to be rude towards me and very disrespectful.....They use their emotions more than their skills.....
